Jankee Ballabh Pandey
Jankee Ballabh Pandey is a seasoned legal professional having 2 decades of work experience in the areas of Legal and Compliance. He has worked extensively in the areas of Domestic and International Litigation, International Commercial Contracts, Protection of Intellectual Property Rights, Mergers & Acquisitions, Labour and Employee Related Issues, Real Estate Due Diligence and Transactions, Criminal Prosecutions, Trade Disputes, Legal and Regulatory Compliance, etc. He has also worked internationally on issues related to Ethics and Internal Compliance, Anti Money Laundering, FCPA, Anti-Bribery, Privacy, Data Protection, Licensing Regulations, and Internal Investigations. He has worked for companies like Unilever, Whirlpool, Trident, and Atotech. He was last associated with Atotech Group, a European multinational as Head of Legal and Integrity Officer. Academically he is a University Topper in Psychology from Banaras Hindu University and has completed his Law Course at Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Before joining corporate, he practiced extensively before the various courts and tribunals in Delhi including the District Court, Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Delhi High Court, and Supreme Court of India. In some cases, he has also appeared before the Patna High Court and the Patna Bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal. He has practiced on both civil as well as criminal sides of the law.
